The Cottage is an award winning floral and event design team located in Duluth, Georgia.
Founded in 1999 by Abby Saccamono, our team has developed into a team of visionary designers and seasoned event planners. We have the eye for design but also understand the numerous details involved in your wedding day to execute a flawless yet beautiful event.
The Cottage is a place where the genuine care of our clients is our highest priority. We believe planning your wedding is a once in a lifetime event and the process should be highly personalized and fun!

We are preferred florists for Payne-Corley House, TPC Sugarloaf, Little River Farms, Meadows at Mossy Creek, Greenfield Farms, The Revere and many more!
We frequently work at North Georgia and Downtown Atlanta venues and always love to go somewhere new.

sourcing local
We only suggest in season blooms and source locally from independent flower farmers when we can. This is not only supports local farmers but ensures a more unique and higher quality product for our couples.

krista ganley, owner &
CLIENT EXPERIENCE DIRECTOR
Krista Ganley brings over 25 years of experience in hospitality and events, beginning her career with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, where she developed a deep foundation in exceptional service and attention to detail. In 2004, she returned to Duluth to own and manage The Payne-Corley House, a cherished special events venue.
In 2018, she discovered a passion for floral design—an unexpected path that quickly became a natural extension of her love for creating meaningful celebrations. As Owner and Client Experience Director of The Cottage Florals, Krista is dedicated to ensuring every bride feels cared for, understood, and supported throughout the planning process.
She believes your wedding day deserves a personal, highly customized experience—one that is thoughtful, collaborative, and delivered with genuine warmth from beginning to end.
Krista is also a proud mom of three boys and remains actively involved in the Duluth community she calls home.

jenna alexander, creative director & lead designer
Jenna brings over 30 years of experience creating luxury florals. Her designs are full of unique floral elements, dimension and textures. If you love color, Jenna's specialty is creating beautiful color stories. In parallel to her floral design career, Jenna worked in Commercial Interior Design transforming raw spaces for 4 & 5 star Hotels into luxury lobby, dining and bar experiences. Her talent and experiences are invaluable to our couples as they create their own unique and special day. Jenna also loves home renovations and spending time with her family at the lake.

valeri stroner, design sales
Val has been a part of The Cottage since 2018 and brings over 20 years of sales experience and so much love for her brides to the table. What Valeri loves most about her job is working with brides and their families, hearing their love stories and being a part of one of the most magical times in their lives.
When she is not working she loves to cook, travel and spend time with her family.
